Refund Policy

1. Money-Back Guarantee

WriteMyStudy offers a money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

• The delivered work does not match the original requirements provided
• The work is not delivered by the agreed deadline (excluding customer delays)
• Plagiarism is found in the delivered work (verified by recognized plagiarism tools)
• The order is cancelled before a writer is assigned

2. Full Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a 100% refund if:

• You cancel your order before a writer has been assigned
• We fail to find a suitable writer for your order
• The work contains verified plagiarism exceeding 15%
• We fail to deliver the work and all revisions do not meet original requirements

3. Partial Refund Eligibility

A partial refund may be issued if:

• The work is delivered late but still usable (10-50% refund based on delay)
• The work partially meets requirements after revisions (refund proportional to unmet requirements)
• You cancel after a writer is assigned but before significant work is completed (up to 70% refund)

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

• You change your requirements after the order has been completed
• You fail to provide necessary materials or information on time
• The work meets all original requirements but you simply "don't like it"
• You request a refund after downloading and using the completed work
• More than 14 days have passed since delivery
• You have already approved the work
• The quality issues could have been resolved through our free revision policy

5. Revision Policy

Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to use our free unlimited revisions:

• Revisions are free if based on original requirements
• Revision requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
• Each revision typically takes 24-72 hours depending on complexity
• Changes to original requirements may incur additional charges

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Processing times depend on your payment provider:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
• PayPal: 3-5 business days
• Bank Transfer: 7-14 business days
